Billing cycles, subscription renewals, cancellation windows and refund eligibility.
Worker accounts are free. Business plans are paid subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices shown at checkout include or exclude taxes as indicated at that point.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
We email a receipt for every successful charge.
You can cancel at any time from your business account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling does not delete your data. Use account deletion if you want your data removed.
Monthly plans: fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, because access is provided immediately.
Annual plans: you may request a pro-rated refund of unused full months within 30 days of the initial purchase.
We do refund duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and charges where a verified platform failure prevented you from using the paid features for a sustained period.
No refunds are given where access was withdrawn for a breach of the Terms, the Employer / Business Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.
If a payment fails we may retry and temporarily restrict paid features until it succeeds.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase applies to your renewal.
Email support@vouch2.com from the account email with the invoice reference and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
