What we verify, what we don't, and what a Trust Score does and does not promise.
We ask businesses to provide official registration evidence, such as a trade licence number or company registration, before they can unlock candidate contact details.
We enforce structural rules on vouching: a vouch requires both people to confirm it, and it can only be requested between accounts that share a hotel in their work history.
We do not run background checks, criminal record checks, credit checks or right-to-work checks on candidates.
We do not independently confirm every employment date, licence, certification or skill level a worker enters, and we do not audit each individual vouch.
We do not verify the accuracy of a business's vacancy details, salary claims or working conditions.
A Trust Score reflects how many people who worked alongside someone were willing to confirm it, weighted by their own standing and by profile completeness. It is a signal of social proof — not a certification, a competence test, a guarantee of performance, honesty, attendance or suitability for any role.
Businesses remain fully responsible for their own interviews, references, document checks, visa and labour compliance, and hiring decisions.
Vouch2 is not an employer, employment agency or recruiter, and is not a party to any contract, offer, trial, wage, visa or dispute between a worker and a business. We do not guarantee that any worker will be hired or that any vacancy will be filled.
Hotel names and locations are suggested using third-party data sources, including Google Places, and may be incomplete or out of date. Appearance of a hotel name in the platform does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, that hotel or brand.
