Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 6 August 2026

Prohibited behaviour: fake vouches, impersonation, scraping and platform misuse.

1. The one rule behind all the others

Vouch2 only works if a vouch means something. Anything that fakes, buys, trades or manufactures trust is a serious breach and normally results in permanent removal.

2. Prohibited around vouches

Vouching for someone you never actually worked with at that hotel.

Buying, selling, swapping or coordinating vouches, or running vouch rings.

Creating duplicate, fake or bot accounts to inflate a Trust Score.

Pressuring, threatening or bribing someone into vouching, or retaliating when they don't.

Listing hotels or dates you did not work, or claiming licences and certifications you do not hold.

3. Prohibited around people

Impersonating another person, a hotel, a brand or Vouch2 staff.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, discriminatory remarks or any unlawful content.

Uploading photos or videos of other people without their consent.

Contacting candidates for anything other than a genuine opportunity, or continuing to contact someone who asked you to stop.

4. Prohibited around the platform

Scraping, crawling, bulk-exporting or harvesting profiles, contact details or vouch data by any means.

Reverse engineering, probing or circumventing security, access controls, rate limits or paid-feature gates.

Uploading malware, spamming, or using the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Using the platform, its data or its output to build or train a competing product or dataset.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content, reset Trust Scores affected by fake vouching, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and cancel subscriptions without refund.

Report anything suspicious to support@vouch2.com — include the profile link and what you saw.
