The cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage your preferences.
Cookies and similar technologies — including browser local storage — are small pieces of data stored on your device that let the platform work and help us understand how it is used.
Strictly necessary: keeping you signed in, securing forms against cross-site requests, and remembering your session. These cannot be switched off without breaking the platform.
Functional: remembering preferences such as your alert-sound choice, poke cooldowns and share progress on your dashboard.
Analytics: aggregated, privacy-respecting measurement of pages viewed and features used, so we can improve the product.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent core features from working.
Browser push alerts are separate from cookies: they only work after you grant notification permission, and you can revoke that permission in your browser settings at any time.
