Employer / Business Agreement

This agreement applies in addition to the Terms and Conditions to every business account and every subscriber to a paid plan. The person who opens the account confirms they are authorised to bind the business.

Businesses must register with accurate legal details and, on request, provide official registration evidence such as a trade licence number (for example a DED trade licence in the UAE) or equivalent company registration.

We may suspend access to candidate contact details until verification is complete, and we may re-verify at any time.

Only advertise genuine, currently open roles at properties you operate or officially represent.

State the role, property, location and employment type honestly. Do not post placeholder, pipeline-building or bait vacancies.

Never ask a candidate for payment, deposits, recruitment fees, passports held as security, or unpaid trial shifts beyond what local law allows.

Hiring decisions must be lawful and non-discriminatory. Do not filter or reject candidates on the basis of nationality, race, religion, gender, pregnancy, marital status, age, disability or any other protected characteristic.

Trust Score and vouches are a signal about who a candidate worked with — they are not a substitute for your own interview, reference and right-to-work checks.

Contact details unlocked through a paid plan may only be used to contact that candidate about a genuine, specific opportunity.

You may not bulk-message, sell, share, resell, export, scrape or add candidate data to third-party databases or marketing lists, and you may not use the platform to build a competing product.

Access is per business account. Sharing logins across agencies or companies is not permitted.

Breach of this agreement may lead to immediate loss of access without refund, removal of the business account, and where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.
